Traditional training methods such as classroom, CBT and paired learning are unlikely to engage the younger workforce. These methods may not quickly and efficiently get workers up to speed on job requirements, and critical procedures and processes that could help workers be productive and safe. Since 64 percent of younger generations learn better with visuals and over 96% of the younger workforce use smartphones a different approach to learning and engagement should be implemented.
