Types of Information Collected

Usage Information may include, without limitation, the type of computer you are using, the type of internet browser you are using, the location from which you are using the ANVL Product or visiting the Website, the type of computer operating system you are using with the ANVL Product or to visit the Website, the domain name of the website from which you linked to the Website, the internet service provider utilized, or the areas of the ANVL Product or Website you visited and the actions you performed. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that the Usage Information we collect is not personally identifiable and may not later be easily used to identify you as otherwise required by applicable law.
Safety Information: Safety Information is information that is generated by the use of, collected by, or stored in the ANVL Product including, but not limited to, information about technicians, worksite information, job information, and field data.
Children Under 13
We do not market to, and do not knowingly collect, any Personal Information from or about a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 years of age through the ANVL Product or Website, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from our systems.
How Information is Collected
Information You Submit to Us: When you visit the ANVL Product or Website, we may collect Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us.

- Improve the ANVL Product, Website, service, product offerings, marketing and promotional efforts, and overall customer experience.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
Aggregated Data: We may also derive, disclose, and use information and data about you that is not personally identifiable, such as, for example, aggregated and statistical information about ANVL customers.
How to Withdraw Your Consent
At any time, Data Subjects from the EEA may withdraw consent you have provided to us for using, disclosing, or otherwise processing your Personal Information. You may withdraw your consent by communicating your request at the Contact Information provided below.

California Resident Rights: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. third-party products and suggest you review their privacy statements to understand how your information is used or shared by those other products. We do not endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way be liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other usage or materials available on other products, even if one or more pages of the other products is/are framed within the ANVL Product or Website.
Accessing and Updating Information

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to handle requests to update or modify your information within thirty (30) days.
