Alfredo Banos is a Director of Digital Transformation at Cummins with 24 years of cross functional, global and corporate entrepreneurship experience. Alfredo specializes on transforming traditional user facing processes into a smarter, faster and more efficient user experience by leveraging emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and a Masters in Engineering Managements from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
As an immigrant himself who came to this country at the age of 16, Alfredo likes to couch and advise minority youth on the opportunities of education specially in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. His daily inspiration comes from his wife Ruth and son Daniel.
